Yeah its really easy to write someone off based on first visual impressions. But everyone is going through some shit in their lives. Some are better at handling it right, others not so much. Either way though, we are all humans. You don't have to trust or like the person. You don't even need to believe the sob story they tell you. Just have to realize theyre a person too with lives theyre trying to live and struggles theyre trying to overcome. Everyone needs some help sometimes.
