The difference is that with Pubky you can keep your identity keys cold AND delegate / identity-bind keys. AND you can easily add fallback key info to your DHT record.
You can't do any of that with Nostr because you need to hope you know about a specific relay that has the most current version of the data you need. (you cant rely on that, ever, and particularly not at scale)
