One of the main points that I believe is missed here, is that a lot of these are being placed in locations that already have water strained communities. We have one that they are talking about putting in, we are in a stage 2 drought, and have had to contract with other locations to drain some of their water storage simply to meet current demand. So, yes, water is an issue in a lot of the localities these are going in. Now if they put them in a location that was not water strained that would be very different indeed.
