I mean I dunno how many different ways I can say this but nazis don't "believe" things. The conspiracy theories are a way to justify positions they know are abhorrent and will be rejected. So it really isn't about whether or not the nazis think windmills are killing birds and solar panels give you cancer - they wouldn't care about that shit in ANY OTHER CONTEXT, it's just so they can continue to hate the environment because it matters to you.
