Was at a family function. Afterwards we where talking about a cousin who is well over 200 lbs and only 12 years old. The female relative I was talking to just could not understand how the cousin could be that big. I stated a stat that can easily be found on google about the average body fat of males and females. 1980 female body fat average was 18 percent, males 17 percent. Today females 40 percent males 28 percent.
Her reply was, its mens fault for stressing us.
