France adopts OECD's Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) for automatic tax info exchange on crypto. 🇫🇷 submitted a bill July 27th. This follows their Nov 2024 signing & links with DAC8. Crypto service providers must verify users, report transactions (crypto-to-crypto/fiat, payments). First info exchange starts 2027 with 47 countries, 28 more in 2028.
