Republicans may think warm glowing thoughts about grandma leaving the nursing home to live with her 55-year-old children in their lovely little gated community, gathering for Bible readings and such.
The reality is that grandma has dementia, doesn't recognize her kids, can't bathe or use the bathroom by herself, and needs someone personally administering a boatload of pills three times a day.
Meanwhile, grandpa is on a ventilator.
