Yes, in fact, that is the point. Even though RFKjr is not a scientist or physician, he has consistently advocated for (and is implementing to the extent he can) policies of Scientific Darwinism. This is just one example. The history of science has always been an interest and I believe that the article explaining Scientific Darwinism is still up on NIH’s website.
