All I've heard of them until this video was that they were feds, all ex-public sector and got away with shit like driving around with no license plates with a police escort etc. But this is going a step too far for just some psyop larp imo, it's not targeting just the fringe elements at least this is designed (and performed) to resonate with the every day patriot.
