Bitcoin Core draft PR proposes exportasmap RPC
Bitcoin Core draft PR #33920, authored by fjahr, proposes an `exportasmap` RPC to export embedded data associated with PR #28792 into a file format for external tooling.
The intended path is tooling/inspection support: export ASMap-related embedded data so it can be examined with tools such as `contrib/asmap-tool.py`. The feed does not describe consensus, P2P, or wallet behavior changes.
Caveat: #33920 is still marked draft and depends on #28792, so this should be read as a proposed data-export interface, not a merged Bitcoin Core feature.
