Got there in plenty of time (thank you, sat nav) but fluffed speaking to them as I constantly fumbled my words as I struggled with the new environment. Have to go back in May where I’m getting knocked out for an extraction. Fine - but fucking hell, this trip could have been an email! 😖 It’s the first time I’ve been aware of boundaries being broken, even though I used to drive long distances before with no hassle - in fact, I loved driving myself and the missus up to Scotland!
