I'm not sure what happened to this young man who filmed defending himself from ICE.
But what I do know is that since ICE can't arrest motorists for traffic infractions and they can't arrest citizens for anything they'll therefore likely find it awfully hard to prove this is resisting arrest.
MANY instances just like this one have seen the charges dropped by local prosecutors because the entire situation is likely a constitutional violation.
