The devil is in the details.
In case you're scratching your head about what I mean, the type of windows where the window panes slide open upwards virtually do not exist here and at least here in the nordics countries the windows are extremely heavy, often with 3-5 panes that have something else than air between them. The part that opens is often a very narrow slice.
