Binance is implementing a Price Protection (LPP) mechanism for the ONEUSDT perpetual contract tonight, August 14, 20:00 (UTC+8). This follows security incidents affecting Harmony (ONE) and price deviations across exchanges.
During LPP, the marking price will be based on a 10-second average, with a max 1% change per second. Funding rate caps are also adjusted from ±2% to ±0.005%. LPP will stay active until prices stabilize across exchanges. More info to follow.
