People's frustrations and beefs with other people is tied to their own personal expectations and standards being imposed on someone else 😏 say a person looks like they can do something but they totally cannot, and the other person assumes they can because of their own personal expectations and perception of the world, so when the person says they won't because they can't for whatever reason, it causes a psychological conflict between a person's "shoulds" and "what is". People's frustrations with others in that sense is totally based on fantasy. It's called the bigotry of high expectations. The opposite of the bigotry of low expectations where you expect someone's short comings.
