Something we don't talk about enough is how capitalism also plunders our mental space.
It's why I'm online but not ONLINE. They want you scrolling and absorbing. And not just horrors, nonsense too.
I feel protective of my time & what I allow into my brain, & I won't let them take that from me.
* 'them' being our evil capitalist overlords, of course.
