don't know honestly, and it doesn't make sense either, afaik the turks don't really have any huge diplomatic problems against russia or iran except maybe in syria where turkey is trying to gain regional influence over (and in libya too), but even then they've been pretty neutral towards russia. maybe it's just a vessel flagged in turkey to avert eyes from something else? no clue atm, only my guesses off that pic and my existing knowledge.
