Technology is not perfect and still requires human oversight.
Yet throughout history, as technology improves, the amount of human intervention required in any endeavor tends to decrease. Tasks that once demanded constant human effort become increasingly automated, shifting the role of people from operators, to supervisors, and eventually to architects of the system itself.
The trajectory is clear: the need for constant human labor diminishes, while human judgment, leverage, and empowerment become increasingly concentrated at the individual level.
