Wouldn't it be great if instead of looking for new powers to surveil & push the small number of benefits fraudsters, the Govt. sought such measure to deal with tax evaders - but oh no, once again a 'difficult decision' has been made to focus on the poor & vulnerable while the rich run rings round the tax authorities....
