Resting heart of 52 is probably when you are seated or even lying in bed. Any activity should put you around 80-90 and any kind of run above 100. 2x50 squats and push-ups according to my estimates should be z3 activity so around 145-150. 109 bpm just feels very low for that kind of activity but everyone has their own physiology :)
