Well, just found out the lease I was served with and the original lease i signed, are not the same. Ai actually brought this to my attention while going over all of the documents. I looked at the actual papers... sure enough, they are different leases and my electronic signature got on the lease document i was served somehow.
That's fraud and forgery, ontop of all of my other evidence.
Hoping I get the $25k allowed in district court or the judge advances it to circuit to possibly award me more in damages.
