Yep no worries - what I meant was that you must be following a strict methodology to create the entropy / example rolling dice and using BIP39 list. Ex - don’t choose words yourself or make up your own method of creating your seed or passphrase - it severely reduces entropy and is not secure. Use dice or coin + strict controlled method and use pass phrase of minimum 6 words on top of the seed
