We have an opportunity to be part of **Derby Digital**, happening on **August 22 in Lomé, Togo**.
For those who don’t know it, **Derby Digital** is a digital and tech gathering that brings together creators, entrepreneurs, innovators and digital communities to connect, share ideas, learn and create new opportunities in Africa.
And this year, **Hope With Bitcoin will be there.** 🧡₿

We said yes without hesitation.
For us, this is more than just attending an event. It’s an opportunity to represent what we’re building in Benin, meet other builders, share our experience using Bitcoin for social impact, learn from others and hopefully create new connections that can help us do even more.
But there’s one challenge:
**We have the pass, but we don’t currently have the funds to make the trip.**
We plan to travel from Cotonou to Lomé by road, stay for two days and return to Benin.
Our estimated budget is:

🚕 Local transportation: **~$8**
🛂 Border & related expenses: **~$5**
🏠 Accommodation: **~$25**

🧾 Contingency: **~$20**
**Estimated total: ~$117**
We’re not looking to raise more than what is necessary.
