But even under such a system, how do you ensure the wealthy don't corrupt that system to its own ends? That leads to education, media and written constitutions.
And of course, those are all tools that have been wielded by the wealthy to shape societies.
That's the point where I've come back full circle. It seems eternal vigilence is the answer
