I don’t really know how it works. I don’t think it is a smart themostat. You can adjust the temperature, but all it does it turn on a fan, basically it does not turn on whatever makes it cool the room. There are also two thermostats in different parts of the house. We asked the landlord, and she basically said “don’t mess with it.”
