I am preparing for a #transalp tour with my best buddy, and to do so, I am focusing my training on long runs with as much elevation gain as possible. Today, it was time for a 21-something. I started shortly after sunrise. The sun, the cool and fresh air, and my high motivation made it a really fun run that couldn’t have been better.
