In some ways, they are exceptions - I hear what you’re saying.

But in another way, they follow the rule. If you listen to them, you may find that they have CTE, which I would say is a physical disease. It’s not directly caused by a toxins, but perhaps a toxic society rewards such behavior 🤷🏼‍♂️
