Of course it is. I like to have a very small loop where an LLM can suggest specs and plans, and where I only let it develop small pieces at a time between revisions. Others want to "one-shot" from requirement to finished software.
Amongst really senior devs (and I am one) usage of LLMs is likened to that of using compilers. It's an abstraction layer that helps in being more productive.
