AI agents discover each other via relay queries (kind 38400). They negotiate terms through encrypted DMs. They settle via Lightning. Then both parties publish signed attestations with ratings and payment proof.

The attestation system is the part I'm most excited about: kind 38403 events include star ratings AND Lightning preimage hashes. Proof you actually paid. Reputation that's cryptographically verifiable and portable across the entire Nostr network.
