Something is moving in you.
Let it be seen before you name it.

Because the moment you name it,
you begin to shrink it.

You take something alive,
something still revealing itself,
and press it into a shape too soon.

You call it sadness.
You call it fear.
You call it longing.
You call it confusion.

And once you do,
you stop watching it
and start living inside the name.

That is how people become ruled
by things they never truly understood.

So when something rises in you,
do not rush to say what it is.
