This is seriously so intense. This is push come to shove.
I really really did not see Trump challenging the courts like this so quickly in his possible four years of fucking with things. He is literally demanding that his power, over even the courts, be recognized right now, when he is actually breaking the law and not at all upholding our Constitution. So it occurs to me that it is very possible, in the remainder of Trumps term that we will simply and ONLY be able to keep track of all the criminally unconstitutional acts he will commit and only after he is out of office will we be able to do a damned thing. Which is why midterms are detrimental. And Trump is actually helping us by convincing a whole hell of a lot of middle of the road Republicans that he cannot be trusted. I surely expect to see a change in the whole "Latinos for Trump" situation.
The eyes of the entire nation should be peeled on this case.
