This is going to be a very long post i encourage you and everyone to read it. From my understanding this situation is VERY complex geopolitically. Even Russia's involvement is complex between the dynamics of Turkyie and the greater western scheme. Honestly makes my head hurt. I'll break down what i understand into different parts I think and its just my opinion based on 2nd and 3rd hand information:
1.) The most notable thing is that Turkyie has ambitions and agreements with NATO/US/Israel axis to control the Bosphorus Strait and its connection to through the Black Sea Ukraine in order to squeeze out Russia. Think of it as controling one route of oil, energy and goods from Asia. They also have ambitions with controlling the zanzagor corridor through Azeribaijan and the entire path leading to Turkey. So just using those 2 metrics, Turkey intends to expand its domanance throughout west Asia and the oceans around it, this includes Syria. If they are successful the energy hubs of Europe (dependency) will not be Israel it will be Turkey thats what this stage of the fight is really about nothing ideological its all capital and economic.
2.) At the same time, Israel has a geopolitical play where its trying to route all that oil through Saudi Arabia, (this is why they keep pushing for Abraham accords with specific states to agree to the Israeli corridor). The plan is to send UAE, Saudi, Qatari and they were trying to seize Irans oil as well and reroute all that through Israel. They were trying to put a different type of pressure on Egypt for example through Ethopia to make sure the Egyptians fall in line. Send all that oil through Cyprus, and completely sideline Turkey completely when it comes to non sanctioned oil. The plans are on the way to completely buy up all the land in Cyprus and install a Zionist Israeli in Cyprus to effectively colonize there.
3.)So as you can see the real competition between Turkyie and Israel is who controls everyone elses Oil in eruope and in that western parts of Asia and all of Europe. The ones who secure these passages have secured their future, effectively colonized large swaths of land by way of economic dominance and becomes the middle eastern rulers of the Arab states for another 50 years. The stakes are high, they paint this is an ideological difference but those are just means to an end to get public support and in the case of israel blood sacrifice of their population to gain this type of power.
4.) Africa is new frontier as well, so there are several players including turkyie, Saudis, UAE and Russia to secure the paths to Africa in their favor. You know what state sits in the very middle of all the paths? Its Syria, Syria will be torn apart as all these other players are competing for colonization of Syria into their immediate sphere of influence.
Ok with that background lets see how Iran now fits into this and why they cant really fight Turkyie.... at least not yet.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend, Turkyie doesnt give a fuck about Iran or Muslim unity in the long run, but what they need now is the Arab states to agree to not allow Israel to succeed. Iran is a perfect reason, Iran needs security so Turkyie is actively helping Iran defend itself and not collapse by providing information on terrorists being funded by NATO and Israel. They are also assisting financially to make sure Iran gets everything it needs for the population, they can then dress this up as helping their muslim brothers. But the truth is if Israel succeeds they will carve up states from Syria all the way to Iran with separists groups and influence US and Europe decision making to allow micro states to form like Kyurdistan with the Kurds. This will completely send west asia into 100 years of war again with no stablity and on top of that all the pipelines run through Israel and not Turkyie as planned by Erdogen.
Iran and Turkyie specifically have shared goals here in that muslims must remain in control and not allow Israel to pit everyone against each other. They both agree that Israel has to be out of the equation, because thats the worst scenario for the region and everyone involved. Therefore there is a cautious approachment between them where they seemingly agree that no matter what they cant fight each other. Israel and the US knows this and so there are different background influences on Turkyie that is pushing them to show their alliance to the West mainly economic pressures.
My guess is ultimately Iran will avoid at all cost targeting Egypt and Turkyie. But their finger is still on the trigger if they betray the overall plan. Israel is making a bet that if they can show Iran can collapse the other players like Turkyie will abandon ship and betray the alliance.
