Also, my older kid's eyes glazed over when I talked about this and he mentioned how I said I don't like politics, and yet I'm talking about stuff like this.
Omg kid, this isn't "politics" in a conventional sense, it's a freaking despot trying to take over the country.
I'm concerned that younger generations will be more and more used to this crap and consider it just the way it is.
