What's the to go-to hot sauce where you live, the one they have on the table at the diner? Here in NC, oddly enough, we have a home-grown sauce, made in Winston- called Texas Pete. It's good on a barbecue sandwich or wings. Also popular on eggs, collards and fried fish.
