ALL toots are plain text, ALL toots. This isn't e2e and has never been.
So if your admin cannot distinguish traffic from a toot that is always written the same from some fake Nicole cunt, it is not because they are poor mods, but because they don't have the technical expertise to build a pattern matching script to detect spam bots whose message is always the same.
Not all mod tools are built-in Mastodon interface, and not all admins are the same, some can code.
And yes, I haven't seen yet such spam bot and i don't ever expect to see her. I'm pretty sure building such detection tool is peanuts for vmst.io admin.
