Also just to clarify, I am not against small amounts of data on Bitcoin lets say up to 40 or even 80 Bytes.

SHA256 is 32 Bytes. A person can download the whole Wikipedia (idk, lets say 1 TB of data, put it in one torrent file and share it with the world, make a sha256 hash of it that is 32 Bytes, put it on Bitcoin and that will be the evidence of it and also a way that it can't be changed. If it is changed the hash won't match.

But putting big amounts of data on Bitcoin is just spam and an attack on Bitcoin Freedom Money.

There is no way of Bitcoin being money and having the whole Wkipedia in OP_RETURN. That will centralize Bitcoin and make it Ethereum 2.0. Also think if Wikipedia is possible to stuff then all pornography will also be possible to stuff.
