Walked into my local boutique wine shop today - a buddy of mine owns it - and he was struggling with a website he was building on Wix.

Since I’ve been getting more hands-on experience lately, I offered to help him out. He ended up giving me a little starter gift as a thank-you, which was perfect.

I’ve actually been wanting to start building simple websites for friends and family who need them. It feels like a natural extension of what I’ve been learning, and a good way to sharpen the skill in real-world situations.
