The Tangerine Tyrant is intending to send the military to 'war-ravaged' Portland, despite the Oregon Governor making it clear there is no national security threat to be resolved. This makes it the fourth city in which troops have been deployed to counter demonstrations against ICE agents' actions agent immigrants.
Its a common tactic by political leaders to prompt a war to distract from policy failures, but a lot less common to stoke the war in their own country...
