Either spam on the blockchain can be mitigated in a decentralized fashion or it can not.
1) if it cannot, then why intentionally make it worse?
2) if it can partially, but you can demonstrate there is an edge case that is technically spam, you are proving the rule with an exception and not being reasonable
3) if it can mostly, then let's evaluate the options. Right now I've only heard of two options being proposed, but I don't know for sure either of them are desirable
I would like to hear someone break down the discussion on technical grounds rather than what I am seeing today. So far I've heard a lot of dismissing, disregarding and disrespecting and very little decomposition.
