[ OpenSats/website ] Make blog search full-text (#923)
* feat: generate a static blog search index at build time
Export the existing markdown stripper and write a slug-to-body map to public/search.json on every postbuild.
* feat: add shared blog search hook and matcher
Lazy-load the static search index on first use and match posts against title, summary, tags, and body text.
