I can't tell if you're pro pubky, pro nostr, or both honestly lol. But I think the point was lost. I don't need to write one. The ones I like to use already exist on nostr. Sure pubky could do this, but nobody is / nobody has / nobody plans to from what I can tell. I'd love to see one. It would be a double plus if it removed the crap default configurations set by nexus. I know plenty of existing blossom servers I can use for storage.
