The return package for their router arrived and it was a jiffy bag and an address label. Shipped back immediately and it’s arrived. Case closed I guess! Still nary an apology or clarification on why they ghosted me for so long. Truly bizarre customer service, or lack thereof. They’re probably glad to be rid of me though 🤣
