It's a pluralistic, multicultural country, which took in *millions* of muslim refugees, and sure -- that has tilted its demographics considerably. And sure the history of the middle east is bloody including but not limited to lebanon -- but to focus on *that* at the exclusion of the CURRENT active destruction of lebanon iran and gaza is to be wilfully blind.
