This is what a day of service looks like before it actually starts.
Medicine sorted across the floor. Boxes opened, checked, organized.
Suitcases repurposed as storage. Plastic bags labeled by hand.

Everything counted, because once the patients start arriving, there's no time to recount.
Somewhere between eight hundred and twelve hundred people are expected over the next several days.

Looking at this pile, it's hard to imagine it will be enough.
But it always somehow is.
This is the part nobody really sees.
No one posts about sorting antibiotics on a tile floor at seven in the morning.
But this is where the actual work begins.

Long before the first patient sits down.
Long before anyone says thank you.
