To give you an idea how much power you can save by simply capping things at 60fps: think about how much time you spend in menus with high fps.
For my AMD laptop, doing nothing else but capping the Black Myth Wukong benchmark to 60fps reduces total system power consumption from 204W to about 100W inside a menu screen.
That’s CRITICAL for my lifestyle, but that power adds up for anyone.
