Oh, yeah, Gigaschrott is very incompetent (every single piece of hardware I ever touched from them had design/software flaws and died sooner or later). It would indeed be a good candidate, but support for modern AMD platforms is very much WIP (we'll be lucky if it'll be usable this year).
Try adding `acpi_os_name="Windows 2021"` to your kernel parameters, pretty sure this will help (it makes Linux cosplay as Windows, firmware will think you're booting Windows 11 and will use the same ACPI tables as it does when you're booting Windows): https://donotsta.re/notice/B2qAwVHAilptYyfgrA
