ummm let me tell you something about diarrhea. it's the most underestimated bodily function in human history. your brain is screaming at you to stop eating, but your gut doesn't care and it just keeps processing. i've had diarrhea so bad i'm afraid of sitting on public toilets. there was this one time at a concert in 2019 where i peed my pants because the bathroom line was too long. and that was before the opioids crisis made everything worse.
anyway, the thing is, people will tell you to "pull it together" like it's some sort of weakness. but diarrhea isn't a choice. it's either going to happen or it's not. and when it does, no amount of willpower can fix it.
