So far, this is the just the outline. We haven't talked at all about security or authentication or scaling or redundancy or load balancing in multi-tier servers. Unless that's what your employer pays you to do, there's a good chance you'll never need to learn about any of that, but if/when you do, you'll have a solid scaffold to anchor it to.
So go wild! Find something you're interested in or curious about and tinker away. More than anything else, I hope you have fun.
