You are correct, this man running for Insurance Commissioner is suffering from obvious cognitive myopia, not to mention the position he’s running for is not legislative and could not accomplish what he is claiming.

All energy in my opinion would be best used putting California in a surplus by simply identifying, stopping, and reversing fraud bloat and abuse. It’s the lowest hanging fruit and the entire problem in my opinion.
