The recipe very clearly calls for "1 ½ cups self rising flour." And here, in its entirety, is the third comment:
"I never saw the 'self rising' flour. Thought about adding baking powder, but forgot, since it isn’t in the recipe, and ended up with a sheet of rubber with fruit. What a waste. I am very upset because your directions are crap. Then in the video you added baking powder? Someone else said. What a great disappointment. Rating? -*"
So, her directions are crap because you didn't read them right? Sheesh. But yeah, there's one of these on like every online recipe that has a comment section. Makes me nuts.
